We have a growing international exposure, exporting 25% of our services to other markets (data from Banco de Portugal 2020) and e-commerce is the sector that has helped the agency the most to grow.

Although achieving financial ratios above the 3rd Quartile (data from Banco de Portugal 2020), placing the agency annually within the 5% of companies with the highest financial performance, it is a small team (5/6 professionals) with occasional external collaborations at peaks of work. However, it is recognized for having a stable team, close to the client and highly qualified, with handpicked human resources and a great degree of commitment to the project.

The agency has evolved over the years from digital marketing services closer to communication techniques - management of social media, newsletters, web content - to more technological digital marketing services with more demands on computer engineering: implementation of e-commerce solutions, integrations with ERP, CMS solutions, Email Cloud solutions, etc...

All this evolution was natural from some achievements: obtaining the Shopify Experts badge, obtaining a commercial partnership with Shopify, obtaining a partnership with Google, and the case-study of some in-house technological solutions that have proven themselves competent to scale for other customers.

We are not impervious to a formula that worked and we want to make our living from this formula. We don't want to do it and we are not doing it.

We are all people with concerns and we are always exploring emerging solutions, investigating new solutions to optimize the web language and experience.

Over the years we have been associated with initiatives such as 3D eCommerce experience or augmented reality for the web by partnering with 3D CLICK.

Our Shopify Experts badge is an example of this: at a time when no one trusted SaaS models for e-commerce, BYDAS went all in for a successful partnership, as Shopify emerged into an icon of global e-commerce.

We are currently carrying out new initiatives in Web3, Block Chain and Metaverse, where we believe to be the future of the web
